Craig Walton is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Walton Secure, a specialist provider of technology-enabled security services across the UK. With over two decades of commercial and operational experience, he has built the business on a foundation of innovation, strategic delivery, and a strong commitment to client protection and service excellence.

After establishing Waltons Consultancy Ltd in 2019, Craig has driven continuous expansion, including the launch and development of advanced, rapid-deployment surveillance solutions under the Walton Secure brand. His focus on sustainability, automation, and intelligence-led security has positioned the company as a trusted partner across multiple sectors, including local government, critical infrastructure, construction, and private enterprise.

Craig leads by example, ensuring all businesses within Walton Consultancy Ltd remains agile, value-driven, and centred on long-term customer relationships. His vision is clear: to transform the future of physical security through smarter technologies, outstanding people, and a relentless determination to protect what matters most

Anand is the the Co-founder and Co-Director of Walton Secure's sister Solar CCTV LTD. He studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BEng Hons) at university and began a career in sales after graduating, which helped him develop strong communication skills and a solid understanding of customer needs.

For the past eight years, he has worked within the CCTV industry, starting out as an Engineer and progressing through roles including Team Leader and Operations Manager. This hands-on journey gave a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the industry and ultimately inspired Anand to create a business of his own, one built on trust, reliability, and genuine care for people.

He is passionate about clear communication, strong organisation, and doing things the right way, taking pride in supporting clients and teams, ensuring every project is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, while delivering practical, dependable solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

For Anand, it’s not just about providing a service; it’s about building strong relationships and making processes as smooth and stress-free as possible.  He believes a personal approach, combined with professionalism and consistency, makes all the difference.

Outside of work, Anand enjoys spending quality time with his family and two children, which keeps him grounded and motivated in everything he does 

Richie Nicoll is a multi-award-winning commercial leader with more vast experience in global security operations, strategic business development and critical infrastructure protection. Recognised for his innovation and leadership, Richie was named Scottish Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year 2022, and is a triple Business Person of the Year finalist (2021, 2022, 2023).

A former British Army soldier with over 30 years of military and security experience, Richie served operationally in Kosovo, Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan. His military career included service with the Allied Command Europe (ACE) Mobile Force, specialising in Arctic Warfare, before becoming an Advanced Electronic Countermeasures Operator in the UK’s Bomb Disposal Regiment.

Since transitioning from the military, Richie has delivered complex international security programmes in high-risk environments. His roles have included Operations Coordinator at the British Embassy in Kabul, Head of Operations in Basrah, and laterally as a Security Consultant to a major international oil company in Iraq,  earning a reputation for operational excellence, strategic insight and unwavering integrity.

As Commercial Director at Walton Secure, his aim is to drive growth across key sectors including renewable energy, construction, defence and local government. Richie champions advanced, technology-led solutions, from autonomous security platforms to AI-driven surveillance systems that deliver measurable value, resilience and long-term protection for clients.

His leadership is defined by collaboration, innovation and a commitment to transforming the future of security; both globally and here at home in Dumfries

With over 16 years of experience spanning fire safety systems, assisted living technology, and the security sector, Duncan has built a diverse and well-rounded expertise. Starting as a systems operative and progressing through roles as a systems engineer and senior engineer, he now thrives in his current position.

Throughout his career, Duncan has refined a strong skill set, working closely with engineer’s to provide everything from tech support and remote programming to hands-on site visits. This hands-on approach ensures that the team delivers the best possible solutions for every project.

His hobbies include aerial photography, cycling and DIY

Jamie has been working in the security industry for over 18 years and throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in security systems, installation, and maintenance, with a strong focus on reliability and safety.   He is currently in his second year at college, where he is studying for my 18th Edition Electrical qualification to further enhance his technical knowledge and expand his skill set. Jamie takes great pride in his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 

Outside of his career, Jamie is a dedicated family person who values balance, integrity, and continuous learning. 

Aaron is the newest member of the security and installation team, bringing two years of industry experience and a strong eagerness to learn. He is keen to put the skills gained in his previous roles into practice and continues to give 100% through hard work and dedication. Aaron has already demonstrated his ability to learn quickly and consistently deliver the highest level of service.

In his previous roles, Aaron worked as a team leader within service-based environments, helping him develop excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to working with people. His ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions ensures customers receive the best service possible. With a great attitude and approachable personality, Aaron has already proven himself to be a valued member of the team, always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys staying active through both playing and watching sports. He also likes gaming and spending quality time with friends and family

Liam is a Service & Installation Engineer with a diverse background across technical, leadership, and customer-focused roles. His career began in IT Asset Recovery and Data Destruction, where he worked as a Team Leader responsible for meeting strict client requirements and timelines while maximising the value returned for their assets. During this time, he worked closely with clients across the Health Service, Military, Local Councils, major Banks, and the Oil industry. This role allowed him to develop strong IT capabilities, deepen his understanding of secure data handling, and gain valuable experience in Lean Management practices.

He then progressed into a Team Leader position within a global plastic manufacturing company specialising in injection and extrusion blow moulding. Here, he again expanded his technical knowledge further, gaining qualifications in Health & Safety as well as hands-on skills in preventive maintenance and problem-solving within a fast-paced production environment.

He now brings together his engineering expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to high service standards in his work as a Service & Installation Engineer for Walton Secure. 

Outside of work, Liam runs a small eBay store that gives him the chance to explore car boot sales, markets, and auction houses. 

When time allows, he also enjoys fitting in a round of golf!
